What happens after payment?
Your order is moving forward. Follow these three simple steps so we can confirm the details, prepare your pair and keep delivery communication clear.
Confirm your order details
Keep your order number available and check the information entered at checkout. Pay special attention to:
- Selected model, color and size
- Recipient name and full delivery address
- Telephone number and postal code
If anything needs correcting, contact StockXX as soon as possible before dispatch.
Review product and quality updates
When a quality-check update is available for your order, review the photos and confirm whether the item details are correct. If you notice a concern, explain it clearly before shipment so the support team can check it.
Receive and follow tracking
After dispatch, keep your tracking number and follow the carrier updates. International tracking may take time to show its first scan, and delivery timing varies by destination, customs and carrier conditions.
If the tracking remains unchanged for an unusual length of time, contact us with your order number.
